AI Implementation Strategies: A Roadmap for the Future

Trinity National Consulting is proud to share that Dr. Elizabeth Gilbert, President of Trinity National Consulting, will be joining the upcoming PQE US Roadshow in North Carolina as a featured panelist for an important conversation on the future of artificial intelligence in life sciences. The event will take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center in Durham, North Carolina.

As artificial intelligence continues to move from theory into real-world application, regulated industries are being forced to confront a more urgent question: not whether AI will be used, but how it can be implemented responsibly, strategically, and effectively. This event, titled “AI Implementation Strategies: A Roadmap for the Future,” is designed to explore that question through the lens of life sciences, where innovation must operate alongside compliance, data integrity, and operational accountability.

Hosted as part of the continuing PQE US Roadshow Series, the evening will bring together senior leaders and industry experts for a panel discussion focused on how AI is evolving into a strategic priority within highly regulated life sciences environments. Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to connect during a relaxed networking gathering.

Dr. Gilbert will join a distinguished panel that includes Gilda D'Incerti, CEO and Founder of PQE Group, and Joe Ganshaw, Executive Director of Digital Manufacturing Operations at Merck. The discussion will be moderated by Bob Castellucci, Principal Consultant and Networking Executive at PQE Group.

For Trinity National Consulting, this event reflects a core area of focus: helping leaders and organizations navigate innovation without losing sight of ethics, governance, culture, and human responsibility. In regulated environments especially, AI implementation cannot be approached as a technology conversation alone. It must also be a leadership conversation. It must address readiness, oversight, trust, and the ability of organizations to integrate new systems without creating new forms of risk.

That is where Trinity National Consulting continues to contribute. Our work sits at the intersection of ethical leadership, governance, quality culture, and strategic innovation, helping organizations think beyond adoption and toward sustainable, accountable implementation.

We are honored to be part of this dialogue and grateful to PQE Group, NC Life Sciences, and the event partners for creating space for this timely discussion. If you are in the North Carolina life sciences community and want to engage in a high-level conversation about where AI is going next, this is a strong room to be in.
